Overview:
Axient dba MEI is seeking a Requirements/Systems Engineer 4 in the Dahlgren, VA area!
Responsibilities:
The Requirements/Systems Engineer will have a strong background and familiarity with the systems engineering principles and methods Experience in Fleet operations and maintenance.
The most qualified candidates will apply oral and written communication skills to senior Program Leadership.
Participate and/or lead technical working groupsPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Qualifications:
Master's Degree12
years of experienceMust have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.
Must be able to maintain the required clearanceDemonstrated experience working with senior engineers and other members of the technical communityBackground and familiarity with the systems engineering principles and methods Experience in Fleet operations and maintenanceCandidate will need to understand and be familiar with the maintenance and operations of the AWSUnderstanding how the systems engineering process is used to verify success in meeting the BMDS requirementsAegis operational and Maintenance experience requiredMissile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects is desired, as well as a Top-Secret Clearance.
In some cases, military education can be considered in lieu of Bachelors (with Associates degree) and Masters degree (with Bachelors degree).
Applicants for positions which require a US government security clearance must meet eligibility requirements to include US citizenship.
Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
