Systems Engineer (AA)

BCI is seeking to fill one (1) full-time mid-level Systems Engineer position to provide support to AEGIS Ashore Fleet Introduction Program Manager (FIPM) in support of Aegis Ashore (AA).
This position will work with BCI's current AA FIPM systems engineering team.

This position will require a minimum of 10-15 years of general systems engineering/combat system experience gained while serving on DDGs, CGs, land-based test sites, and Navy Program Management Billets, etc.
in such programs as Aegis Combat and Weapon Systems, Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD).
Preference is for senior enlisted or Limited Duty Officer (LDO).
Experience may have been gained while serving in a Combat Systems Information Center (CIC) environment.
Experience in drafting and briefing mission critical information in a clear and understandable manner at the Flag Level is a must have.
Confidence and experience in providing training and briefing material on short notice are a must have.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Navy Resourcing and Program Management relationships between NAVSEA and OPNAV are preferred.
The ability to build and maintain working relationships with Navy and other DoD organizations is required.
Two (2) years of intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required in addition, familiarization with Microsoft Project is preferred.
A formal degree supporting systems engineering, software engineering, or significant analysis experience is a plus.
Description of Duties:
Duties for this position may include (1) Supporting Fleet Introduction Program Manager (FIPM) in product and task definition, review of PEO IWS 1.
0 technical products, development presentations to the FIPM and other members of the Ballistic Missile Defense Enterprise; (2) Manage and track Navy taskings and milestones that pertain specifically to the Navy Joint Integrated Master Schedule for AEGIS Ashore; (3) Navy Acceptance Representative for Aegis Ashore Platforms while working with more than twenty-five NAVSEA, CNIC, and USFFC organizations to draft and develop instructions and objective quality evidence trackers that will be utilized to formally accept AEGIS Ashore by the Chief of Naval Operations into the US Navy inventory; (4) Coordinate and staff quarterly Navy Aegis Ashore (AA) Synchronization meetings, Mission Critical Support System Readiness (MCSS) manager meetings, and Base Operations Support (BOS) contract reviews for FIPM.
Participating in AA working group forums; Technical Interface Meetings (TIM); and participate in various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) specific to Installation and Checkout (INCO), C4I, Communications, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), etc.
for AEGIS Ashore; (5) Reviewing technical artifacts including concept white papers, technical reports, requirements documents, specifications, change requests and design review packages; (6) Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to perform efficiently and effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with the BCI team and customers.
Must be willing to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time overseas semi-annually.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
