Schedule Analyst/Integrated Master Scheduler
Skills Required:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent quantitative skills for a mid-to-senior level scheduler position supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA. At least five equivalent years of experience in schedule development, analysis, integration, and management are required. Successful applicants will be required to possess the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering, business, math or the sciences. Certification in scheduling by a recognized professional society/educational organization (i.e., PMI or DAU) is also desired Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills are required Experience using Microsoft Project, Project Server, or similar schedule tools Requires working knowledge of schedule management best practices such as critical path methodology, schedule quality, and schedule execution metrics Requires proficiency with quantitative and qualitative schedule risk analysis Must be proficient using MS Office Suite, and have strong verbal and written communications skills Must be able to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment Active Secret security clearance is required
Responsibilities:
Individuals will perform a wide variety of schedule analysis duties for work performed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Responsible for development and integration of program and enterprise level schedule, schedule analysis, and reporting of results to senior leadership Must be able to work closely with Government and contractor personnel to gather data and present schedule analysis Familiarity with DoD development programs and processes is highly desired
