We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year including weekends and holidays.
This position will be mainly afternoons, some mornings and overnights occasionally but other shifts may be available and can be a combination of mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Checking guests in/out Posting charges, accepting payments Making reservations Assisting guests on local area Assisting guests with anything they may need during their stay Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments Settling credit cards Checking for any errors, documenting and correcting Superior customer service skills are a must Must be detail-oriented Excellent phone etiquette Self-motivated Honest and reliable Outgoing attitude and personality Must be willing to do the right thing, all the time Please note that there is opportunity for growth within this company.
