Graphic Designer Job
Summary:
Sparks Group has partnered with a federal contractor to find a Graphic Designer to work five days a week onsite in Dahlgren, VA.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing media and print graphics, at various levels of classification, that effectively communicate groundbreaking research to a military audience.
You will be involved in all aspects of graphics/illustration projects from conceptualization and development to final presentation, and you will have a leadership role with significant creative influence on your work.
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Perform on-site high-level computer graphic design activities to produce brochures, briefings, displays, visual analytic products, and other materials.
Act on matters of design, composition, and methods of presenting technical data and use a broad range of graphics production software and equipment.
Exercise creative judgment and originality by translating needs into graphics capabilities.
Produce and develop high-level graphics and miscellaneous media.
Create and execute design solutions and collateral used for marketing, analytic production, briefings, and other forms of communication.
Graphic Designer Requirements:
4
years of graphic design experience is required.
Active Top Secret clearance required.
Knowledge of the military and military production is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with basic office and design software required.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Experience with both print and digital media preferred.
Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, and production management.
