Sr Configuration Management Analyst will develop documentation,
specification, standards and instructions, including combat/weapon system
configuration management (CM) processes and functions, documentation version control and releases, software
metrics generation and reporting, software media generation, hardware/software documentation
generation, verification, and distribution, and software development process
documentation.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: High School/GED. Five (5) years of a demonstrated knowledge base
and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines of the
PWS
Ten (10) years of experience in developing documentation, specification, standards and instructions,
including combat/weapon system configuration management (CM) processes and functions, documentation version
control and releases, software metrics generation and reporting, software media generation, hardware/software
documentation generation, verification, and distribution, and software development process documentation.
Preferred Skills and Education
Education:
Masters Degree 4 year(s) related experience
Bachelors Degree 6 year(s) related experience
Associates Degree 8 year(s) related experience
High School Diploma
or GED 10 year(s) related experience
Six (6) years of concurrent experience, demonstrated for current Navy programs such as LCS SUW Mission Package
Application Software (MPAS), SLBM Fire Control System, Tomahawk, and/or USW systems, demonstrated experience using Advanced Configuration Control and Engineering Status System (ACCESS) and Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS); demonstrated experience using Change Synergy and Software Information Management System (SWIMS) toolsets. Use and evaluation of CM and status accounting processes, CM documentation, specification, standards and instructions, Configuration Change Board (CCB) facilitation, and Documentation change control including documentation change request tracking/maintenance/reporting using Program provided tools and systems.
