Sharepoint Business Analyst


  • Provide administration, support, and maintenance of customer s current SharePoint site, including management of all incoming/outgoing user permissions.
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize user requirements; translate requirements into design options to users when necessary; Facilitate and perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements; Meet/engage with stakeholders on a regular basis to obtain feedback on solutions.
  • Design/Develop solutions in MS SharePoint 2013 using appropriate tools (i. e., Nintex workflows, InfoPath forms, build of sites and web part pages, web part configuration, custom lists and libraries, etc.).
  • Lead quarterly SharePoint IPT meeting to Product Owners for adjudication of new change requests, and review of implemented solutions.
  • Develop appropriate training materials (such as quick reference guides, training slides, process checklists) to communicate tool solutions/updates to end users.
  • Serve as the primary/first line user POC for SharePoint implementations to provide Tier 1 support in responding to user inquiries/issues, helping to track problems to resolution.


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Must be a U. S. Citizen and be able to successfully obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience providing SharePoint site administration.
  • Experience facilitating and documenting requirements with project stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels of the organization in issue resolution when needed.
  • Strong background using Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work independently, including the ability to:
    • Identify needs and proactively provide solutions.
    • Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Provide dependable and professional support to the customer and team.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 2 or more years experience in SharePoint site administration and solution development, coupled with business process analysis to facilitate and implement solutions for customer needs.
  • 2 or more years hands-on experience working in MS SharePoint (2013 preferred) with demonstrated performance in:
    • Maintaining site collections and managing site collection features.
    • Creating and managing permissions groups and maintaining user permissions.
    • Developing, customizing, and providing user support for out-of-the-box SharePoint features such as sites, pages, lists, libraries, list/library filters, webparts.
    • Developing and maintaining workflows via Nintex.
    • Understanding of add-ons such as Corasworks and InfoPath.
  • Experience gathering user requirements, translating into design proof-of-concepts, and coordinating peer review/testing to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Experience developing and providing training/QRGs for new solutions.
  • Proficiency with MS Visio.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
