Summary:
This position is the Junior Program Management analyst who is the expert in financial and programmatic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, an analysis.
The position reports to the Sr.
PMA and works closely with government technical liaison representatives.
Job Duties:
Provide business and financial analysis.
The Jr.
PMA shall use the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) to report on, analyze, budget, forecast, track, and solve problems for the government's financial accounts.
The PMA will help lead the team that shall provide financial analysis support to the organizations' divisions, branches, and Business Office.
The contractor shall provide financial management and analysis support to the Government for projects within the organization.
The contractor shall process incoming funding to NSWCDD administrative officers.
The contractor shall recommend the allocation of financial resources.
The contractor shall provide funds status inputs to the government (CDRL).
Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have):
One (1) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
Desired Skill Requirements:
Experience with Payroll, Vendor Pay, Funds Control, Dormant Accounts Review Quarterly (DARQ), General Ledger, and Budget Execution for NSWC Dahlgren Departments.
Cost estimating and analyses tasks include preparing and/or supporting Government efforts such as:
Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCEs)Should Cost AnalysesNAVSEA 7300/4 Type EstimatesCost Studies (Economic Analyses (EAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, Cost Realism Analyses and Special Studies)Cost Reviews (Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), In-Process Reviews (IPRs), and Basis of Estimate (BoE))Program Office Cost Support (Program Objective Memorandum (POM) estimates, Selected Acquisition Report (SAR) submissions/inputs, Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) submissions, budget submissions, Program Acquisition Unit Cost (PAUC) and Average Procurement Unit Cost(APUC) submissions)Joint Cost and Schedule Uncertainty AnalysisEarned Value Analysis and Earned Value ManagementCost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD)Program Risk Analysis and MitigationEducation/Equivalent:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, finance, leadership, or related discipline plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
