This position is the program manager who is the expert leader of the team and responsible for the contract deliverables to include programmatic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
The position reports to the VP of Middle Atlantic Operations and works closely with government technical liaison representatives.

Summary:
Provide business and financial analysis and management.
The PM shall use the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) to report on, analyze, budget, forecast, track, and solve problems for the government's financial accounts.
The PM will lead the team that shall provide financial analysis support to the organizations' divisions, branches, and Business Office.
The contractor shall provide financial management and analysis support to the Government for projects within the organization.
The contractor shall process incoming funding to NSWCDD administrative officers.
The contractor shall recommend the allocation of financial resources.
The contractor shall provide funds status inputs to the government (CDRL).
Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have):
Ten (10) Years of project management experience with five (5) years involving Federal Government programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.
Desired Skill Requirements:
Experience with Payroll, Vendor Pay, Funds Control, Dormant Accounts Review Quarterly (DARQ), General Ledger, and Budget Execution for NSWC Dahlgren Departments.
Cost estimating and analyses tasks include preparing and/or supporting Government efforts such as:
