Summary:
Provide business and financial analysis and management.
The PM shall use the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) to report on, analyze, budget, forecast, track, and solve problems for the government's financial accounts.
The PM will lead the team that shall provide financial analysis support to the organizations' divisions, branches, and Business Office.
The contractor shall provide financial management and analysis support to the Government for projects within the organization.
The contractor shall process incoming funding to NSWCDD administrative officers.
The contractor shall recommend the allocation of financial resources.
The contractor shall provide funds status inputs to the government (CDRL).
Job Duties:
This position is the Business and Financial Analyst who is the expert in financial programming, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
The position reports to the PM and works closely with government technical liaison representatives.
Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have):
Three (3) years of experience performing financial analysis.
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of financial software (ERP preferred).
Desired Skill Requirements:
Experience with Payroll, Vendor Pay, Funds Control, Dormant Accounts Review Quarterly (DARQ), General Ledger, and Budget Execution for NSWC Dahlgren Departments.
Cost estimating and analyses tasks include preparing and/or supporting Governmentefforts such as:
